- Denver Boulder Colorado Realty is a new local brokerage though the owner, Christopher Price and myself as a partner are not new to real estate. Both of us have hung our license at various large national brokerages and certainly had success there, for our respective clients and ourselves. However, in each of those offices, the important part that really was missing was a local focus on real estate, where it really matters. We found that although the large brokerages could help from a broader perspective on "how to be a Realtor", they relied heavily on each agent to build their business, on their own, locally. These brokerages just didn't have the staff, expertise and drilled down focus on real estate locally and therefore could not really support each of our individual local based real estate services. So DBCR was born! We recognized this much needed business model within the real estate community here in Denver and Boulder and are on track in creating it. At DBCR, Christopher and I are dedicated to the direct support of the agents in our office so long as they are dedicated to their own success. "You can lead a Realtor to water but you can't make them drink!" You get the picture... If our agents are successful that means our clients are successful, that's our #1 priority. Underlying this are our past experiences-- They contrast one another perfectly and add depth to the support we can offer our agents. Please feel free to request our resumes! :-) In general-- Christopher's background, with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management, is heavy on the technology side. I couldn't ask for a more qualified tech guru to be working with! Best in Denver, I am certain of this! As a Realtor, Christopher has had his own success to be proud of-- including noted sales volume, training, mentoring and coaching agents. As for me, my background before real estate was in the advertising and marketing industry. From creative design to corporate new technology integration-- I love that this experience has nicely folded over into my real estate business. My marketing materials definitely stand-out! I too have had noted sales volume over the years and have trained and mentored new agents. I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge in this business. More than anything, I think what brings us together is our interest in helping agents build their business, not just work in the business. Big difference. Blended between us, Christopher and I share a similar work ethic which is really important when partnering in a business. Primarily, we honestly love what we do. This passion makes for great successes with our clients and for our agents. Given the name of our brokerage, we service the unique and historic neighborhoods of Denver and Boulder-- and sure, anything in between! Home sellers, buyers, investors and developers too. We are currently a part of a mobile office group and do have access to 9 locations all around Denver and Boulder.
