He returned to private practice to apply his knowledge of the NC legal system in a more personal capacity and still spends the majority of his time in the courtrooms of Rowan County - defending those charged with crimes to the best of his ability. When outside of the courtroom, Ted helps local residents plan for the future of themselves and family by formulating an appropriate legal strategy for each individual client's end of life wishes concerning property, health and inheritance related details.
