The goals of CHS are to maintain individuals in their home environment, to maximize the state of health and well-being of those served or to provide comfort and support to those for whom there is no chance of recovery. These services are available to individuals who reside in Southwest York County, including Hanover and Spring Grove, and all of Adams County. Services provided by CHS are as follows: 1) High Tech Private Duty - Skilled nurses are available to care for high tech pediatric and adult patients who are ventilator dependent or need other non-skilled nursing care. 2) Personal Care / Home Support - Home Health Aides assist individuals with activities of daily living such as bathing, transferring, toileting, ambulating, and others. Respite care and home support are defined as light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping and laundry. | |
