- I'm J Lewis with Keller Williams Realty. I take great care of my clients in the biggest purchase of their lives. I take a personal approach to get to know buyers and sellers so that I make sure I serve them the best I can. I focus my time, energy and money on giving my CLIENTS the smoothest transaction possible and at the highest level of service rather than marketing MYSELF on billboards, magazines, newspapers etc. If you are a seller, my strengths are pricing, staging, and negotiation to receive the most money possible in the shortest amount of time. This includes the sales contract negotiation phase. When we receive an offer I advise you on how you can respond to an offer in creative ways to make a deal happen so it is a win-win for everyone. It's not always about the sales price, there are other terms and conditions that can sweeten the pot in the deal! Once we have a contract, I keep you informed about all inspections, financing contingencies etc. until we land at the closing table for a smooth closing. If you are a buyer, my strengths are identifying your needs/wants in a home, helping you obtain financing, show properties, help you put together an offer and then carrying out the inspection and contingencies until we get to closing. I ask probing questions to get a better understanding of what you want in a house. There are reasons why you want a particular type of home and I want to know what those are. I naturally break the mold of most real estate agents. My uniqueness carries over into my real estate career.
