We assist property owners in reducing their property tax. Not only do we perform a FREE tax evaluation on your property we offer a service no one else can provide. We offer a full service Tax reduction program---we perform tax evaluations, work as your agent in the tax reduction process and we then assist you in obtaining a rebate for the money that you have overspent in the past years. Anyone can receive a free evaluation on their property with a simple 5 min. survey. We will bring back our findings and discuss the options with you, even if you do not qualify for our program. We use an "income" approach in our evaluation performed by tax consultants. This is an exciting new service developing in this economy since home values have fallen but our property tax hasn't kept pace. We are looking for "sales people" to educate the public of our services. This would be ideal for people who have a home office and desire to telecommute part-time or full-time.
