The economy has taken its toll on the fishing industry also. We're now only open, weather permitting, from March-July. And usually from noon to 8pm. The lack of interest from the state in wanting to do anything it seems to help se ohio stinks imo. So most of us, if we want to have a GOOD time fishing, usually head down to the Ohio River or over to the Scioto River. And depending on the month, are looking for sauger, saugeye, walleye, and of course, most catfish.
We carry a good selection of Catfish Rigs. Mostly the Bass Pro Shops CAT MAXX in spinning and of course bait-casting. Lots and lots of EX-ambassadour owners have switched over to CatMaxx.
Phone number is now my cell number, as we can't afford a reg phone at the bait shop for the WHOLE year. And verizon still bills weather you're open or not.
Please understand our situation, we're not alone in this. And hopefully, if we ever get outta this Depression, and somehow find jobs, and if , IF we can get the state of Oh to get more interested in spending $$ in se ohio, we'll look forward to seeing you.
