- Bob brings over 15 years experience to the industry. He initially started with mortgage financing and became the director of mortgage services for a small brokerage. The nine-plus years in the industry not only gave him the expertise in mortgage lending but knowledge and resources most agents don’t. In 2005, he decided to trade calculators for lock boxes. The transition to the Real Estate arena went smoothly as many of his clients followed him forward. Not completely satisfied and knowing he needed to expand his client base, he began knocking on doors of “For Sale by Owners.” This eventually became his niche in Real Estate. Bob didn’t rely on phone calls, but met homeowners face to face and personalize it, each and every time. His thoughts are, 'How could someone expect you to sell their home, if you can’t take the time to meet them face-to-face? After all, this is their most important asset. Doesn’t it deserve that at the very least?' Within a year, he quickly became among the top five sales agents in the company and eventually filled the #1 spot the following year. Building his business one client at a time with great attention to detail, coupled with the best professional resources and staff in the industry, the Results were positive. The evolving Real Estate market changed again with the advent of the “short sale.” Knowing this was a force to be reckoned with and contributing to about 60% of the market, another challenge awaited.
