Pasha is the result of a passionate pursuit of the neighborhood coffee house. Over the last 15 years, owners Or & Ladonna Cingilli sought out and ventured into unique coffee houses around the country. Their desire was to create a unique environment where Seattle meets the Mediterranean.
As Chattanooga's only all Organic and Fair Trade espresso bar, Pasha fills a niche that many Chattanoogans have desired for years.
Pasha is also the only coffee house in Chattanooga serving Turkish Coffee, Baklava, Turkish Delight and our signature Halvah Latte.
Pasha serves breakfast all day and has several Panini’s and salads available during the lunch and dinner hours.
