- Planet Martial Arts incorporates techniques and concepts from Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Sport/Arobatic Karate, and Grappling. This combination provides our students with a dynamic and exciting curriculum. Our goal is to have a positive influence in our student's life both mentally and physically through martial arts. Our curriculum is design to improve physical fitness, focus, self confidence, and work ethic. We offer Classes for ages 4 and up. Our 4-6 year old class is age appropriate. Our Little Dragons program focus basic motor skills, basic martial arts, self confidence, life skills, and basic pre-school academics. Our 7-12 year old program feature a dynamic curriculum which includes self defense, kickboxing, taekwondo, and grappling. Our will be taught what in takes to be a champion not only in martial arts but in LIFE. Our adult program features a more self defense and fitness oriented curriculum. However, students will learn basic taekwondo and karate movements, strikes, stances, blocks, and forms.
