I have over 13 years of real estate experience in Austin. My focus has been specializing in condominiums and homes around the urban core for the past 3 years.
I spent 2 years working for the developers of Spring Condominium as on onsite sales agent. I had the good fortune to be mentored by Robert Barnstone, a recognized expert in the downtown market. My sales esperience at Spring took buyers from the pre-construction phase, through selections, walk-throughs, financing to closing. As you may know, many high-rise condos are never listed on the MLS.
