Welcome to Fairfax Fencers "Art of the Sword". We’re currently offering new participants a free lesson in this fun aerobic workout that can be enjoyed year-round. Fencing improves dexterity, flexibility, balance and coordination. It also promotes sportsmanship, honor and chivalry.
Anyone can learn to fence! It’s one of the few sports in which people of different ages and genders compete on equal terms. There is international competitions for as young as 8 and over 65.
