- West Orchards is a small family run business which began in 1995 and now we are a 1300 tree orchard. We are a low spray orchard that caters to the family setting , encouraging families to experience the fun of picking. We have 17 varieties of Apples including the favorites of Honeycrisp and Jonagold. We surely have an apple variety to please your palette! We also grow peaches , apricots , pears and plums. The orchard generally opens August 1st and continues open into mid-late October. We have a sales building and offer Jams , Jellies and Pies made exclusively from our orchard fruit.
