• Presidential Place Luxury Assisted living specializes in providing individuals in need of activities of daily living in a lavish, high energy community with a friendly feel. Our community consists of 103 individual residential style apartments. Each having its own bathroom equipped with grab bars, flip down/fold up shower seats. Temperature control for personal preference to central cooling and heating, kitchenettes including a small sink, counter high refrigerator microwave and cabinet storage space. Apartment square footage varies by style. We encourage our residents to furnish their apartments with their own style by family photos, pieces of art, furniture and anything else they have grown to love. We provide the safety and reassurance while helping them to maintain independence in a non institutional pleasant environment. When coming to live at Presidential Place Luxury Assisted Living our residents have the right to sign out as they see fit. This provides them the freedom to participate in outings for the day, weekend or even vacations with the family. They also have a high quality of living in a secured wing on the same property decorated seamlessly in a smaller pleasant environment should the need ever arise. This allows the opportunity to age in place while preventing the confusion of a change in familiarity. Our residents enjoy delicious well balanced cuisine prepared fresh at each sitting. Each meal is hosted by servers in the main dining room. A featured plate is offered along with at least two other alternatives to provide the most enjoyable dining experience. Transportation to and from the main dining room as well as all activities is available at our residents request. Our certified staff happily provides the management of self administered medications, housekeeping, laundry, bathing, dressing and grooming on an as needed basis. The community is staffed 24/7 providing safety and attendance to individuals who may be forgetful from time to time. Each resident is cared for and looked after on a regular schedule throughout the day. A computerized emergence call pendent is programmed and provides detailed name and location of the building the resident is in need of assistance. Our Administrator is a full time Executive Director as well as the Director of Resident Care specializing in the Elderly with the assistance of a Healthcare Supervisor. We also offer a wide program of activities throughout the day targeted directly to the Elderly population. A monthly calendar of events is presented by our activities department and readily available at the concierge’s reception station. A menu of events is obtainable including specific hours for the events throughout each individual day 7 days a week.
