Main Street Assisted Homes are ideal for persons tired of the expense and upkeep of a owning a house, or wanting to down size. They are also well-suited for persons not interested in multi-resident housing. Additionally, Main Street Assisted Homes are great alternatives for those with parents or loved ones that are not ready for multi-resident housing and do not require skilled nursing services.
Main Street Assisted Homes offer all the amenities associated with living in a well-maintained, single-family house, located in a desirable residential neighborhood or town, with the resident’s choice of assisted home services. Each home is single-story with a minimum of between 1200 to 1500 square feet, two or three bedrooms and one or more baths. Homes come furnished, semi furnished or unfurnished with a customized service and amenity package. The customized packages may include housekeeping, laundry and linen service, lawn maintenance, cable, internet and phone service and utilities up to pre selected levels, all for one all-inclusive monthly resident fee. Main Street Assisted Homes are not assisted living facilities, although assisted living services are available separately through unaffiliated providers.
