- Since opening in January, 2005 the Hidden Cottage Bed & Breakfast has been the only B&B in Zavalla. We have three bedrooms, a full kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. We are located near Monterrey Park boat launch on Lake Sam Rayburn. Our Rates are $55.00 per night Sunday through Thursday, and $65.00 Friday and Saturday nights, for douuble occupancy. Additional rooms are $15.00 per night. A continental breakfast is included. This quaint cabin is perfect for fishermen or for a romantic getaway. Special requests can be arranged in advance.
