• Director's Cut Pizza was just started at the begining of April 2010. My Family has owned The Bagel Factory for several years and I have been talking and planning on starting to make Pizza's in the evenings for some time. We figured that once the bagel business slowed for the day and the store closed so early that we were really missing an opportunity. The name Director's Cut Pizza was decided on beca am an aspiring actor and wanted to have the pizza business with a movie theme. We are only open on Fri and Sat night right now but plan on opening every night beginning June 2010. We have specialty pizza's ranging from "The Director's Cut" to the "Meat The Cast" (obviosly our version of a meat pizza). We offer Salads and Cheesey bread with a menu that is growing quickly.
