Our service and repair facility is run by the finest group of ladies anywhere. In 2008 the service team here earned a spot in the top 100 service centers for Sprint throughout the country. The biggest qualification for this award was customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service here, do not leave until you speak with the service manager. We take customer service so seriously we even offer a comprehensive management program. We can audit your monthly statements each month, provide a detailed analysis, submit for corrections and even provide payroll deduction slips if your organization makes employees responsible for usage. Need additional coverage that a standard cell phone can't handle? We also offer satellite phone service from both Globalstar and Iridium. These services can cover you when no other service is available, whether out of the country, in the middle of the ocean, or in your own backyard (rememeber the hurricanes in 2004?)
