3000 Years Health Center has been providing alternative health care services to the Los Angeles Community since 2001. We use Acupuncture and Chiropractic treatment modalities to restore any physical and structural damages. The most unique part of our practice is the Chinese Herbal Medicine and the Nutraceuticals in which we use to heal the body from the in-side-out. A balanced nutritional state is essential for achieving and maintaining an optimal intra-cellular level of the Mind, Body, and Soul.
We carry over 400 single raw herbs, 200+ patent formulas and many other nutritional supplements that we can formulate for each individual patient underlying physical, biochemical and psychological needs.
We help our patients to improve their quality of life and enhance their state of well-being by strengthening and balancing the internal systems to prevent diseases. Our goal is to provide our patients with the necessary tools to restore, rejuvenate, and revitalize their health.
History
Established in 2001
Dr. Diep Bao Dong had been practicing Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture for over 40 years in China and Vietnam before he immigrated to United States in 1990. In 1995, Dr. Dong and his wife decided to open an herbal store in Chinatown, L.A.
At that time, Dr. Lien Diep was a chiropractic student in Whittier, CA. Her father, Dr. Dong asked her to go to Acupuncture school, but she refused. She didn't believe in alternative medicine, because she grew up with the Western mentality, just pop a pill. Dr. Dong was determined to pass on his knowledge and skills to his daughter, so he asked her to help out at the store on the weekend. While watching her dad healed so many people with just Chinese herbs and supplements, Dr. Lien Diep registered for Acupuncture school in 1998.
In 2001. Dr. Lien A. Diep, D.C., L.Ac. took over the family herbal store and turned it into an alternative health clinic. She currently runs two facilities, one in Los Angeles, and the other one in Van Nuys.
Dr. Lien A. Diep, D.C., L.Ac. is the founder of "3000 Years Health Center." She is licensed to practice Acupuncture and Chiropractic in the state of California. She is board certified in Addictive and Compulsive Disorders (DACACD) with the American College of Addictionology and Compulsive Disorders. She is also board certified with the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) to help couples with fertility issues. She works with Endocrinologists, Oncologists, Gynecologists, Internists and many other health care providers to help her patients with all sort of health issues. She is knowledgable in both Western and Eastern medicine. She uses modern diagnostic technology with Eastern diagnostic tools to prevent and reduce her patients risk of future illnesses.
Dr. Lien A. Diep, D.C., L.Ac is the fourth generation practitioner in the Chinese Healing Arts.
