Jefes Mexican Restaurant was founded on Jan 1999. We started as a small concession stand parked in the parking lot of a convenience store and have grown ever since. We now operate a 2800 square foot restaurant & bar and own 6 concession stands that are parked around town. We are a Family owned business with a diverse set of skills and experience ranging from ten to thirty years in the restaurant industry. Our operation consist of catering to a diverse client tale, ranging from a customer wanting to buy a single breakfast taco to a catering party of 300 plus people for the Travis county sheriff’s office. We are an Authentic Mexican Food Restaurant with recipes from interior Mexico from Guerrero and Mexico City. Some of our specialties are Carne Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Suadero and Bistec a la Mexicana. Our breakfast burritos are becoming very famous around town for the size and taste. We have a very diverse menu starting with our basic two tortilla taco to a full Fajita parrillada for two.
