• I am a licensed acupuncturit in the State of Maryland. I also hold the certificate issued by NCCAOM (The National Certification Commosion for Acupuncture and oriental Medicine). I was graduated from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1984. My studies included training in both Western and Chinese medicine methodologies. After the 5-year training as a doctor (in China), I finished a 3-year post- graduate study and were granted Master Degree for acupuncture specialty. At the same time, I had been working at Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture & Meridian since the summer of 1984. From 1992, I went Japan and had been practcing there for 8 years. Mainly, I worked at clinic in acupuncture and theraputic massage fields. Later on since 1996, I engaged in Oriental Medicine teaching for about 4 years. After I got licensed in the States here, I started practice in Maryland since 2002. I provide authentic chinese acupuncture treatment for patients and am specialized in treatment for pain management, gynecological problems and other conditions like insomnia, anxiety, depression and post-radio/chemo therapy. Besides of the needling treatment, I also give instructional advice for patients' diet, excise, lifestyle and regimen of wellbeing. To balance the body's yin-yang energy and maintain the best condition of the internal energy-blood network is the key for the preventing of ailment in the first place. This principle has been established about 2300 years ago in the classic book "Canon of Emperor HuangDi".
