South Charlotte Dermatology is the new practice of David B. Schulman, M.D., board certified dermatologist. Dr. Schulman came to Charlotte in 2008 after selling his practice on Long Island. The doctor has treated thousands of skin cancers including basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, and melanomas. The practice is a general dermatology practice and we see emergencies daily. We are open Monday through Thursday and most Saturdays. Any age patient is welcome and Spanish is spoken as well. We have reasonable rates for non-insured patients. Doctor Schulman has lectured and taught thousands about skin cancer. He attended New York University for medical school before spending his intern year at Harvard Medical School. He trained in dermatology at Washington University/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. We treat eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, moles, shingles-zoster, cold sores, fever blisters, poison ivy, bites, rashes, HPV, molluscum contagiosum, ringworm, fungal infections, hives, and hairloss.
