WoodSpoon serves home made Brazilian cuisine that owner and chef Natalia Pereira grew up eating in her native Brazil while growing up in a family farm in the town of Betim. Chef Natalia uses fresh produce she selects every morning and ingredients not avaiable in the US is shipped from Brazil.
The Brazilian Chicken Pot Pie has become popular by word of mouth and is featured on The Food Network show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" airing on Friday Feb 26, 2010 at 10pm. Bloggers and foodies have created online buzz for WoodSpoon.
Some of our favorites are the Brazilian appetizers: Coxinha with moist chicken, Pastel Portuguese stuffed with shrimp and coconut sauce.
