• Crossroads Counseling & Consulting LLC is a Christian counseling clinic. We provide Christian counseling by Licensed Mental Health Counselors. Our counseling services are in individual, couple, marriage, family, and group settings. We also provide customized seminars and workshops for both businesses and churches. We utilize multiple theories (Object Relations, Cognitive Behavior Theory (CBT), Family Systems, ect.) in order to individualize treatment for each individual so as to meet their unique set of needs/problems. Neil R. Jones MA, LMHC graduated cum lade from Northwest College with a BA in Psychology and as the vice-president of Northwest College's chapter of the Psi Chi National Honor Society. Neil R. Jones MA, LMHC graduated from Northwest University with a MA in Counseling Psychology with a multicultural emphasis and as the president of Northwest University's graduate division of the Psi Chi National Honor society. Neil R. Jones MA, LMHC wrote his masters thesis on the treatment of chronic pain in a counseling setting. Neil R. Jones MA, LMHC did his masters internship at the Meier Clinic in their intensive outpatient day program (2+ years) as well as maintaining an outpatient caseload (over 170 clients from 2/05 to 8/08). He maintained one of the highest client retention rates for all the Meier Clinics therapists in the northwest. Gretchen L. Jones MA, LMHC graduated form Northwest College with a BA in psychology with a minor in business. Gretchen L. Jones MA, LMHC graduated from Northwest University with a MA in Counseling Psychology with a multicultural emphasis. She did bachelors practicum and masters internship at the Meier Clinics working her way from being a volunteer answering phones to being the Administrative Coordinator of the entire northwest quadrant of the nation. While doing this she also worked in the intensive day program for several years while also maintaining an outpatient caseload. Gretchen L. Jones MA, LMHC, as well as Neil R. Jones MA, LMHC, ranked in the top four for client retention out of all therapists in the northwest for the Meier Clinics. Based off of their success and personal referral base, they decided to and implemented the foundation of Crossroads Counseling & Consulting LLC in September of 2009.
