- My name is Frank Woods and I am the owner of The Pool Guys Service. We service swimming pools and spas for homeowners and commercial properties in the Sacramento Area, including, Elk Grove, Carmichael, Greenhaven, Pocket, Fair Oaks, and surrounding areas. I have a Contractors License(#778712)and I am a Certified Water Chemist. I recently became a Certified Energy Auditor working with SMUD and PGE to help make swimming pools run more Energy Efficient. We can upgrade, replace and/or repair your current pool equipment with new energy efficient equipment to help lower your utility bills. We have 3 Pool Tech's, 1 Crew Leader, 1 Maintenance Manager and of course, my wife, Connie, is the Office Manager. They have all been with me for over 4 years.
