• "Specialized Brazilian jiu jitsu developed in Los Angeles,CA - USA." Our mission at the Professional Training Center is to develop professionals in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense. We provide time-tested, specialized skills that allow our members to become confident competitors, instructors and also martial arts business owners in the future. Training Levels We have four training experience levels as follows: 1. Beginner – this training level is customized for new students up to six months of regular training. 2. Advanced Beginner – this training level is customized for students with six months to one year of regular training. 3. Intermediate – this training level is customized for students with one year to five years of regular training. 4. Advanced – this training level is customized for students with more than five years of regular training. By regular training we mean attending classes at least twice a week (or 8 times per month) without major interruptions in training. As part of our instructor training program and to become true masters in the art, we require advanced level members to participate in the lower level classes (e.g. an Intermediate member would attend the Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate classes). Advanced members are thought how to teach a class, provide individualized assistance, as well as the psychological aspects of dealing with people and maintaining lasting relationships. They also learn the day to day management tasks of a martial arts training center.
