• Living Well Health and Fitness Center is a large fitness center located in the peaceful, calm countryside of northern wisconsin. Open 12 hours daily with staff present at all times. The treadmills are Woodway, the leaders in high-end exercise equipment. There are also numerous ellipticals, exercise bikes, rowing machine,and free weights present. Dressing rooms, showers, and locker rooms are available. There are large wet and dry saunas for ladies and men. The upper level has a 1,600 square foot wooden floor, mirrored walls for yoga, dancing, stretching, etc. In addition to the cardio equipment, Living Well has 20 pneumatic strength training machines. They are Keiser air machines: each machine focusing on toning or strengthening a specific muscle or group of muscles. Keiser, like Woodway, are leaders in high-end exercise equipment. Living Well provides a comfortable area to optimize your personal health or simply relax and socialize. Complimentary fruit and herbal teas for medicinal purposes or just a nice cup of tea have always been provided. A true oasis in northern Wisconsin. This is a MUST SEE!!!
