We offer both spare ribs and baby back ribs, Prepared with a wet rub 24 hours before we cook them, these ribs are slow smoked for 4-5 hours and served with your choice of any of our 7 delicious home made sauces.
We use only 100% aged Black Angus beef at Sweet Bones! We season it lightly with just salt, pepper, and garlic before searing it at 1,600 degrees in the same broiler those high end steakhouses use!
