Buyer Deal: I will re-imburse your Inspection and Appraisal fees and pay up to $350 for your move. (Included in contract and paid to you by Title Co. out of my commission at closing)
Seller Deal: I will give you a 2% listing (1% on Listing side and 1% on Buyers side, if I bring the Buyer) But if other Realtor brings Buyer they must get 3%, that's a total of 4% at the most instead of the usual 6%. To offer this great deal I do request a portion of the 1% listing commission up front. This will be good until house sells, no other fees.
Of course, I will be happy to give a 6% listing.
