- Java Fusion is an internet cafe featuring our own brand of freshly roasted coffee, organic loose teas, yerba mate, delicious healthful wraps and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Coffee Roasting: We started roasting our own espresso during our second month of operation using a 1/2 lb. roaster. Shortly thereafter we began doing custom roasts to suit the taste of Hamilton. We added a second 1/2 lb. roaster and quickly outgrew that one as well due to unexpected high volumes of whole bean sales. Now we have a 5 lb. roaster and two employees to help with our 365 day operation. Specialty Drinks: Other specialty drinks include Fusion Chai which is a traditional Indian Chai drink made from Assam tea and fresh spices; Cinnamon Spiced Latte made from espresso, fresh spices, coconut milk, and cinnamon syrup; and Yerba Mate Latte made from organic mate leaves infused in soy or milk frothed and sweetened with honey and ginger. We are known for our thick milkshakes and smoothies too, as they are made with fresh fruit! Internet Access: Java Fusion has three in store computers for customer use during business hours and an open WiFi connection 24 hours per day. Customers may bring their own computers and use our free WiFi with the understanding that they will purchase a drink or food item if sitting in our dining area or patio. Our desktop computers are equipped with MS Office Suite and the famed Vista operating system. The in store laptop has Photo editing software in addition to Office Suite and Windows XP. We charge $1.25 for each 15 minutes of use. Great Food: We offer a small menu of healthful foods including wraps, hummus, flatbread, bagels, and a simple breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. Always open: Java Fusion is open 365 days per year to ensure everyone has a place to go to enjoy great coffee, chai, tea, and healthful foods every single day, including holidays.
