- Eastside yoga (ESY) has joined the community of east Austin and is offering affordable yoga classes to all. Our classes are designed to fit the needs of people regardless of age and physical condition. Classes are taught according to levels, beginners can join our FREE introduction to yoga on Saturday morning followed by our esy classes. Those who are experienced or physically fit should attend our mixed or active level classes. ESY is a center for meditation and healing offering classes to cultivate your spiritual growth and inner nourishment. Lectures and events will be ongoing each weekend, for details see our website. Holistic services such as private yoga instruction, massage, nutrition and spiritual healing are available at low cost or donation.
