Intelligent Movement Pilates Studio has closed and relocated inside of Body and Soul Wellness Center
Body and Soul offers specialized Pilates equipment classes. B&S has Balanced Body equipment including 3 reformers, 1 trapeze table, and 1 combo chair. All classes are directed toward beginners, intermediate, and advanced Pilates students.

Jenny Arnold, MA, ATC/LAT is the equipment-based Pilates instructor of the Pilates studio. She received her Pilates certification from Polestar Pilates in April 05, received her master's degree in Athletic Training/Kinesiology from San Jose State University in May 2004, and received her bachloer's degree in Athletic Training/Kinesiology from Quincy University in May 2000.
