With Brabec Drafting Service I personally design your home with you. I work with you incorporating your wants and needs into your own unique plan. With over twenty five years of design experience, I bring your ideas to life.
My expertise helps maximize the benefits of any lot, acreage or view property you my have. Brabec Drafting Service is unique in the fact that as designer and experienced builder, I can work backwards from a set budget using efficient design techniques. By communicating closely with you, we minimize change orders, thus saving you money.
As a builder I know what it costs to build and thus I design to fit the budget as opposed to drawing a set of plans only to find out it costs more than your budget allowed. It puts the client in the position of changing the plans or adjusting the budget, neither of which you should have to do.
If you already have a floor plan in mind, I can customize it to fit your land while providing ideas to smooth traffic flow, maximize storage, and improve aesthetics.
My prices are reasonable for designing and drawing up plans
$.50 per sq. foot for living space
$0.25 per sq. foot for non living space (garages, unfinished bonus rm. basements)
I also work with a local engineer if engineering is required. (Additional cost)
