- The miller apartments was originally constructed as a church by a family to honor the two sons lost in a mining accident. The church was converted just prior to WW2 in 1940 to help ease the housing shortage for the railroad and business people of the town. Rosalia/Malden at one time was the convergence of 4 rail road lines. the Apartment has been the stable residence of many teachers, workers, retired folks and newly married for many years. It has been owned by Marc Lange for the last 15 years approximatley who was a teacher in Rosalia for several years. The building is clean and for sale.
