Baby Boot Camp is a stroller-based fitness program for moms. All classes are taught by nationally certified fitness professionals. It is a great way for moms to get a complete workout without having to leave their child at home or in daycare. We do a 75-minute workout complete with cardiovascular drills, strength-training exercises and abdominal work. We also do fun things like Mom's Night Out and local 5k races. Currently, our classes are running 5 mornings a week at Park Place Mall. In the cooler months, we hold class outdoors at Purple Heart Park. We also have evening classes available in Vail 2-3 nights per week. The evening classes are open to all women, moms or not! For more information, please visit http://www.babybootcamp.com.
