One Stop Fitness in Rockland welcomes YOU! Formally All Sports Fitness and Training, One Stop Fitness is located at 388 VFW Drive in Rockland-conveniently located less than one mile from exit 14 off of Rt.3
Dan and Sara, formally of All Sports, invites old friends and new, to our fully remodeled fitness center. We want to be your "one stop" for all of your fitness needs.
Featuring 8 divided rooms, multiples of almost ALL of our equipment, private aerobics studio and more- we know you will feel comfortable here. No long lines for machines and no feeling like you are overcrowded.
Pre-opening specials are going on now. First 500 members are guaranteed to never pay more than $300 dollars for a year membership. First 200 members pay only $100 for your first year, $150 for your second, and $200 for your third. Monthly payment plans are also available for anyone not wishing to pay in full.
Personal training, babysitting, group classes, more equipment, and in-house competitions,all coming soon.
We are not about glitz and glam. We are not here to judge. We just want to offer a safe and comfortable place for people to exercise, learn about health and wellness, and feel better about themselves and others.
