After her birth in Pend Oreille County (where her grandfather, Bud Cox, was sheriff for many years) Kit's career-Navy family lived all over the US. When she graduated from high school in Newport, Washington, it was her 14th school in 12 years. She is a proud alumnus of both Spokane Falls Community College and Washington State University and worked her way through college as a grocery checker. Before beginning her State Farm Career Kit worked for Portland General Electric as a computer programmer and for the IBM Corporation as a large account marketing rep. Kit was the second female agent to establish a permanent State Farm agency in Spokane. Kit built her agency one client at a time. In the early days (when her knees were better) this included scrambling up a ladder to meet with a very busy client while he finished roofing his garage. She still insures her very first client. Today, Kit and her fully licensed team of experienced professionals continue to provide friendly service in the local Spokane community and hope you'll consider giving us an opportunity to earn your business.
