A fitness coach with more than 30 years in the fitness industry, my method is a wholistic one. With a fusion of exercise prescriptions that incorporate interval training, resistance training with bands and light weights, core work,stretching and weight management. I target women of the baby boom era who struggle with weight gain and the additional effects of aging. I am not a believer in "diets" but instead, "live-ets". I train individuals and small groups in the convenience of your home. The rates are reasonable and the first session is FREE.
