• Stephanye Snowden is a Life Coach with more than 20 years of experience as a counselor, coach and human resources professional. She was born a voracious observer of human behavior. Through her life and professional experience, Ms. Snowden gained wisdom and skills that are effective in helping clients to get on track and to transform their lives to better match their vision and goals while, along the way, they gain greater self awareness and sense of purpose. Ms. Snowden provides coaching for individuals and groups, in person, by telephone and in online exchanges. Ms. Snowden offers a powerful group coaching program that is rarely offered in the DC area. A group is now being formed. It will include six to eight adults who are ready to focus on and take action towards what is most important in their lives. The group will include six to eight adults. It is designed to provide structure, accountability, feedback and educational information to support life activities. The group will meet in an office building, one block south of Dupont Circle. Each group session will take place from 9:30am to 11:30am. Initially, the group will meet for three consecutive Saturdays and then every other Saturday for the followiing two-and-a-half months. All group meetings will last for two hours, however the greater commitment required is for participants to take specific actions in the course of their daily lives. For most, it will involve setting aside several hours per week to take active steps in the process of pursuing goals. Each month, group participants will also receive one, 45-minute coaching session with Ms. Snowden. The fee for group participation is $175.00 per calendar month (pro-rated if groups starts after the 5th of the month. The fee for the initial one-on-one meeting with Ms. Snowden is $25.00, and it will be credited to the first month's fee for those who join the group. In addition, Ms. Snowden's regular fee for individual coaching is $75.00 per session.
