- I have lived in this area most of my life, starting off in agriculture. Since 1979, I have developed rural land, primarily for 5-20 acre homesites. My developments are around Columbia, Missouri, and provide easy access to the University of Missouri and Columbia while providing the best of living with nature. My lots have a balance of trees, pasture, and water, and we work hard to utilize the natural terrain features to provide privacy and enjoyment of nature. I have a great respect for the land and environment, and establish covenants and restrictions to protect land values and the ecosystem. I am leading the planning and design of a mixed use development (retail, assisted living, and single family homesites) featuring geothermal heating and cooling.
