Choosing the right photographer is one of the most important steps in the wedding day decision making process. I know how important it is to have beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime photographs of your very special event. These are some of the important things that I think set me apart in the business of wedding photography:
* REASONABLE RATES
My rates are not outrageous. I’m not out to make a killing on each wedding I photograph - however, I’m not a discount photographer either. I use a reliable, high-quality lab to develop
all my prints and my albums are top rate. My fees are published right here on this site for you
to see before you decide to take the next step - no hidden charges, no sales gimmics.
* FLEXIBILITY
Some photographers have a standard way of photographing each wedding and they rigidly adhere to that format without exception. I realize that this is your wedding and therefore you should have it done the way that you want. I will of course “orchestrate” the flow of the photography throughout the day, but am always happy to consider any suggestions you may have—just ask!
* WPPI MEMBER
As a member of the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International organization, I
am required to adhere to a strict code of standards and ethics to ensure the highest
level of satisfaction from my clients. This well known organization within the
industry has several thousand members worldwide, and provides me with many of
the resources I need to stay on the cutting edge of ever changing technology.
* LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHER
As a member of the community with an established office, you will know where I am
and how to reach me for any reason whatsoever, before and after the wedding day.
* ONE WEDDING PER DAY
I shoot only one wedding per day to give you my complete, undivided attention.
I don’t “put my time in” and then rush off to the next client. All photographic work
is done by myself (the owner) and an assistant if needed.
* WEDDING SPECIALIST
I specialize in photographing weddings and most of my work is in this capacity.
I never limit the amount of shots I take and always carry backup equipment.
*PHOTOSHOP PROFICIENT
Most of the photos you see in fashion/glamour and bridal magazines have been retouched or enhanced in some way (to remove facial blemishes, bring out eye color, etc.). My proficiency with Photoshop software allows me to make photographic corrections in minutes that used to take a specialist many hours in a lab darkroom.
* PHOTOGRAPHIC EXCELLENCE
First and foremost I’m proud of my photographs - and as a photographer this is
perhaps the most important reason of all!
...and one more thing. If you can’t make it to my office, I can come to you. I’ll bring a
sample album and a laptop computer to show what I have to offer, all in the comfort
and convenience of your own home. Now how many photographers offer that!
