This Brazilian-Portuguese word for 'cycle' alludes to the unconditional array of unlimited meats that GAUCHO Servers carve at your table. Having been slow-roasted over pits in the kitchen, various preparations of chicken, pork, lamb, beef, etc are carried about the dining area on long skewer-swords called ESPETOS. The RODIZIO dining experience includes cuts such as PICANHA (our house steak that is available no where else on the east coast of Florida), Brazilian sausage, chicken hearts (a Churrascaria favorite), & other specialty selections that vary on a daily basis. Our variations of preparations cater to all tastes, and accomodate the American palate. Not only does the $24.95 include our home baked cheese bread, soup of the day, & twelve green & avocado salad, as well as an assortment of side items along with Brazilian & Argentinean sauces, but your choice of dessert as well!! Lighter fare? FUEGO's talented & educated Chefs pride themselves in their daily a-la-carte specials. Each evening, there are unique appetizer choices, while the presentations of our chicken, seafood, and steak entrees will astound you. The most peaceful nights are during the week, Monday through Thursday. Early evenings are less crowded. To accomodate those who prefer to eat lighter & before the sun sets, FUEGO offers a second RODIZIO for $18.95 when one RODIZIOS is purchased at regular price between the hours of four (4) pm & six (6) pm. Please refer to the Weekday Early Bird Special when dining, so your server is efficient in totaling the bill.
