- Red Realty, LLC serves the entire state of Tennessee. I am an affiliate broker there. While I deal with all types of residential deals, I do not do commercial at this time. Land and residential are most of what I do, with an emphasis on finding homes for seniors. There are so many seniors ready for one-level living and my passion is to find it for them. There are approximately 86 million babyboomers and I hope to find affordable housing for as many of them as I am able. While I am fairly new in the business (almost one year), I love the industry and am in an area of the country that has felt the recession less than most areas.
