Therefore, Ms. Waterston believes that negotiation is the best first step in resolving a crisis in a dissolving family. Litigation can sometimes be the only way to resolve a matter. This action gives us a strong stance in negotiation, knowing that we are fully prepared for trial should the negotiations fail.
