- SailTime Philadelphia offers fractional boating memberships on new sailboats and powerboats in the Greater Philadelphia region and two locations in Delaware. A member has guaranteed regular use of the boat each month and can make their reservations through an online inter-active scheduling system that can be accessed 24 hours a day. The boat is shared by the same 8 members each month and each has their own allotment of time onboard. The software program manages each member's schedule; which keeps it fair for everyone. We professionally manage the boats and all the member is charged is their membership fee. SailTime Philadelphia pays for the insurance, the slip fees and the maintenance. We offer the use of Hunter sailboats and are adding a Mainship Pilot 30 powerboat to the fleet in the city of Philadelphia for the 2007 season.
