I moved to North Carolina 12 years ago when it was growing rapidly and housing was not keeping pace. It was painful finding a place to live. A few years after that I started working in real estate and vowed to help newcomers transition to the area and make them feel at home. In the years following I grew to appreciate the area even more myself. Now I am a seven day a week broker and love every minute of it. I started using this site for the statistics and was then drawn into forums to learn more about why people do or do not like the area. I feel it helps me to help others. I have extensive experience with older/historic homes and renovations as well as new homes. I cover all the towns in the Triangle. We have our own search program that is the single most visited website of ANY type in all of North Carolina. Yes, it is that good!
