Our office is located in Redmond, we live in the Juanita area of Kirkland, and we serve the entire Seattle metro area. We work with both buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos, and town homes. We also help our clients with vacant land, income and commercial properties. Alex Rion started in real estate in 2000, though he has spent a lot of time in the housing and real estate industry as a construction superintendent. He also spent a few years working as a district property manager for a national REIT (real estate investment trust). He's a great negotiator and, because he spent years in the construction industry, has a great eye for potential in homes. Alex is the managing broker at Rion Real Estate. Kathryn Rion first obtained her real estate license in 1998 to work with a property management company but soon made the move to work in the residential real estate sales part of the industry. Since then she's been working with buyers and sellers - from when they first start looking at homes or start thinking about selling all the way through their successful closing and beyond. She's had the opportunity throughout her career to work with some top real estate teams. Kathryn specializes on the details in the transaction from marketing to transaction coordination.
