There is an on-site manager that is available 24 hours in case of building emergencies and at this time the maintenance personnel also live on-site. A manager is in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm and Saturday 11:00am until 4:00pm (except when out on the property or running errands in which case they are available by phone).
