For buyers, I provide you with copies of a Comparative Market Analysis showing comps, asking price vs. sold price ratios for that particular neighborhood/area, average days on the market, etc.for the homes you are ready to place offers on. If you are buying and selling simultaneously, I can do that as well. I can advise you the best time to sell or buy based on how that will best benefit you and your personal and financial situation. My average listing sells within 30-35 days, and within 99-100% of full price. I do not just stick a sign in your yard and put your property on the mls. I put together a strategic marketing plan specific to your property. I work with many out of state buyers. I am an excellent communicator (I stay in contact with you, updating you through every step). My business hours are your best available hours, as they fit in between clients. I serve most all areas surrounding Nashville, within a 30 mile radius, sometimes more. I am out in the field all over the place! I am experienced, and get along very well with most people.
