- Voted Best Place to Adopt a Pet by the readers of Atlanta Magazine, Good Mews Animal Foundation has for twenty years been Finding Good Homes for Good Kitties. As the Atlanta area's original non-profit no-kill cage free shelter, we have placed nearly 5,000 cats and kittens in loving homes. Located in East Cobb at the Fountains at Olde Towne Center, just North of Lower Roswell Road, adoptions are held each Saturday from 10am-4pm, the first & third Sundays of each month from 1pm-4pm and anytime by appointment. The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping. Volunteers and donations are also needed. Come and roam amongst the cats ad kittens and find your perfect pet.
