Although from a certain business perspective this trend should have resulted in more efficiency for the surviving companies, the reality is that it has not lead to better value for the individual customer or for the community which has now been deprived of a profitable local business. Jeff has been working in glass for well over 25 years and has the technical expertise to succeed in any glass shop, but he chooses to remain independent and work in the local communities with the customers he knows best.
